1. Project and Process Management
- Plan, organize, and oversee all stages of mobile (iOS, Android) and web product development.
- Define task priorities and manage project backlogs.
- Ensure timely task completion within Agile frameworks (Scrum).
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps.
- Communicate with key stakeholders and manage expectations.

2. Team Coordination
- Collaborate with developers (iOS, Android, Web), designers, testers, analysts, and marketers.
- Organize and lead daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demos, and sprint planning sessions.
- Manage cross-platform development processes and team synchronization.
- Resolve conflicts and remove blockers affecting team productivity.

3. Timeline, Budget, and Resource Management
- Manage project budgets and monitor expenses.
- Optimize team workload and minimize downtime.
- Mitigate risks of deadline delays through effective planning.

4. Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare reports on project status, timelines, risks, and team performance.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and product requirements.
- Ensure transparency of processes for management and stakeholders.

5. Quality Control and Release Management
- Ensure product compliance with requirements and quality standards.
- Organize testing and collaborate with the QA team.
- Manage releases for App Store, Google Play, and Web (build preparation, changelog updates, coordination with Apple/Google).

6. Process Improvement and Team Optimization
- Analyze work processes and implement improvements.
- Introduce and optimize KPIs to assess team performance.
- Automate workflows to enhance productivity.
