We are looking for a Team Lead Global Sales to build and scale an enterprise sales unit that attracts strategic advertisers, generates sustainable direct demand, and delivers a significant contribution to revenue growth in line with the approved strategy.
1. Strategy & Unit Development

Define and implement the enterprise sales strategy

Identify priority GEOs, verticals, and target segments
-
Build end-to-end sales processes (from first touch to long-term contracts)

Develop a strong and competitive value proposition
2. Business Development & Acquisition
-
Personally manage key strategic deals
-
Establish partnerships with major clients and holdings
-
Lead negotiations and structure custom commercial terms
-
Represent the company and negotiate at профильных offline conferences
3. Team Leadership

Hire, onboard, and develop high-performing sales / bizdev managers

Drive revenue target achievement

Provide hands-on mentoring for key partnerships
4. Commercial & Financial Management

Own revenue and profitability of the enterprise unit

Manage pipeline forecasting and revenue planning

Oversee unit economics of large-scale deals
-
Develop monthly, quarterly, and long-term sales plans

Experience in enterprise sales (AdTech / MarTech / Digital)

Proven track record of closing large-scale contracts

Experience building or scaling a sales team

Strong negotiation skills
-
Pipeline management expertise (CRM, forecasting)

Fluent English
