We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee HR Manager to join our HR Course.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee HR Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while working under the guidance of experienced professionals. The Trainee HR Manager will support the HR department in employee relations, performance management, and administrative tasks to develop foundational HR management skills.

- Full Employee Lifecycle
- HR Operations and Administration: Maintain and update employee records in the HR database. Support payroll processing by gathering and verifying data. Assist in drafting HR policies and guidelines
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in preparing reports related to HR metrics, attendance, and performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
