Mentorship and recruitment of team leads from various sources.

Research and testing of new traffic sources and verticals.

Development and execution of monthly digital plans.

Designing motivation systems in collaboration with the HR department.

Preparation and maintenance of reporting.

Sharing expertise and best practices across teams.

Communication with traffic sources (improving conditions, implementing best practices, managing rebates).

Collaboration with product, compliance, and other related departments.

Deep expertise in at least two buying sources (Meta, TikTok, Native).

Proven experience in managing media buying teams.

English level — B2 or higher.

Hands-on experience with search arbitrage and lead generation verticals.

Track record of managing monthly budgets exceeding $2M.
