Daily challenges and tasks
Key knowledge and skills

Partner Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new traffic partners (webmasters, affiliate teams).

  • Research affiliate market trends and outreach channels.

  • Identify, contact, and onboard new partners.

  • Present and negotiate offer terms.

Partner Management:

  • Support current affiliates with traffic setup and scale.

  • Provide guidance on offer selection and optimization.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with partners.

Traffic Quality Control:

  • Analyze incoming traffic and conversion quality.

  • Identify and block suspicious sources.

  • Collaborate with anti-fraud systems.

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years in affiliate or CPA marketing with proven results.

  • Deep understanding of CPA/CPL/CPS/RevShare models, funnels, and attribution logic.

  • Hands-on experience with tracking platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Voluum).

  • Prior experience in the Utilities vertical.

  • English proficiency (B2+ level).

  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building mindset.
