We are looking for a specialist who will continuously research the market, develop new ideas/approaches for creatives, and prepare clear briefs for the design team.

Continuous monitoring of spy tools and creative libraries to analyze competitors’ creatives.

Research of audience, market, and trends across different GEOs; building and regularly updating a library of effective approaches.

Development of creative concepts for social media advertising (TikTok, Facebook, etc.): idea generation, copywriting, and selection of visual references.

Regular communication with the media buying team to gather feedback, improve processes, analyze results, and systematically scale successful approaches.

Creation of comprehensive briefs for the design team and control of execution in line with the requirements.

Expansion of the team’s internal creative library: trending hooks, music tracks, and visual solutions.

Preparing and enriching tasks with all necessary materials for handoff to the design team.

Searching for and collaborating with UGC creators, writing scripts, and overseeing execution.

Native English speaker (C1+) — full language proficiency, understanding of slang and GEO-specific conversational nuances, strong writing skills.

Basic understanding of Western audience behavior models: humor, memes, culture, local news.

Active user of social media: TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts.

Willingness to work with various verticals, including Dating, without bias.

Responsible, able to work at a high pace and meet deadlines.

Proactive and initiative-driven: asks questions, looks for ideas, proposes solutions, open to feedback.

Fast learner, able to turn new information into results; detail-oriented.
